The second part is: I want to ask you one more favor. Don't say "I'm with my wife". Make up something else.

It's got misspellings and lack of punctuation, and probably some wrong words. I am confident of the first sentence, but not entirely sure about the second, particularly the middle part of it.
My love, I want us to bathe together since you can't do it alone yet.
I want to ask you one more favor, [if] you would say "I am with my best girlfriend" make up something else.
