The statement is as follows:"Queremos entrar en muchas tiendas diferentes."
My response is "Vamos al necesitar el dinero." Is this the correct translation?

Podrías utilizar: "Cada mes, vamos a (lugar) por dos días..." también. Creo que esta forma es mejor en la escritura.

In español you are correct.
In english you would use: we go (to our cabin) two days every month.
