I did it too. The test was terminated early because it thought I was a native. The software actually exploded. (I wish)...Then I woke up from my dream ![]()
Intermedio alto
but a hundred questions! Now I've got a headache! ![]()
I agree with Gocika. I was intermedio alto, but the 100 questions took me about a half an hour and fried my brain, lol!
I was able to answer most of the questions 85=90% of them with reasonable confidence . I agree with Guillermo that the test of 100 questions was too long even though I attempted to answer every one! Some questions were difficult and I struggled with them and had to come back to look at them again but thought that an intelligent guess would be better than admitting defeat They started becoming more difficult on the page Q's 70 -80
I received Intermediate (middle intermediate 60-70% towards high intermediate) level
It was an interesting experience and enjoyable for the most part. It confirmed the level my online native Spanish teacher (from Spain) had said was my level frollowing her assessment of my skills.
I know I still have soooo much to learn but as someone recently and wisely said it is a journey not an event Yes it is a process which I hope I shall continue to enjoy. Many others are further along the road yet others still are following behind and some are journeying alongside me....while perhaps many others have still to begin that journey.
I took this a few months ago. I was intermediate. I liked the questions, but I didn't like the lack of feedback. It's a lot of time to spend and not get some learning for it. Its grading system could be sophisticated, or maybe just random; there's no way to see. I don't like being judged without understanding the criteria.
Edit: I just took this exam, again. This time it let me finish all 100 questions, and rated me on the low end of high intermediate. I thought I got most of them correct, but apparently I missed a lot.
A few questions were confusing to me, because they are using expressions from Spain and not common in Argentina. I also think it's too long.
I got advanced.
Intermedio alto tambien pero que pesado era.
I got intermedio alto, but it's too long. Thanks for the link!
I did this test a while back; it said my level was intermediate.
A few questions didn't make sense at first. Anyway, I got avanzado.
Intermedio alto. Pero me cuesta mucho. Algunas preguntas me confundieron mucho. Tuve que adivinar.
I scored about 3/4 of the way through the beginner level. That's a little higher than I thought I would get.
