Let me give it a try..

I hate you forever.

(tú)Te odio para siempre.

(usted) Le odio para siempre.

I hate him forever.

Oido a él para siempre. Also Lo/ Le odio para siempre.

I hate her forever.

Odio a ella para siempre. Also La odio.para siempre.

Am I correct?

Here is my try. First of all, I think you need to use either the future or informal future tense of odiar. Second, forever is ¨para simpre.

So, I will hate you forever: ¨Para siempre te odiaré¨ o, ¨para siempre voy odiarte.¨

I will hate him/her forever: "para siempre la odiaré¨ o ¨para siempre voy odiarla¨ ¨para siempre lo odiaré¨ o ¨para siempre voy odiarlo.¨

I hate is present tense, I hate you forever is bad English, you'd need to say I will hate you for ever, though I'd not want to commit to holding on to such an extreme feeling for the rest of my life...

(tú)I hate you forever: Te odio para siempre. (usted) Lo odio para siempre. I think "le" is also correct".

I hate him forever.: Lo odio para siempre. I hate her forever: La odio para siempre.
