How months do we need to learn Spanish?
I was wondering, how months do we need to learn Spanish completely? Just asking

Learning a language is a journey and not a destination. If you focus only on the endpoint you will get quickly frustrated and will not appreciate the progress that you are making. If you desire to learn Spanish, you will, but only you and God know how long it will take before you will speak Spanish well enough to accomplish your personal goal. That is a very hard question. Learning a language is not a recipe, but rather an art form and it all depends on your abilities to pick up and accept new terminology, good memory skills, logic, reasoning, ability to emulate sounds, creative thinking... Do you catch my drift?

One well known Spanish course says you will be speaking Spanish in ten minutes. Well that is true - if all you want to do is say Hola. Anything more than that will take a while.
Learning a new language is an endeavor of a lifetime.the only requirement is the desire.
I am not sure that you need only a few moths to learn Spanish, I have some friends who have been learning Spanish for more than 3 or four years and they're just starting to feel good about it, so if you want to learn, don't lose your time and start learning right now.
There are too many variables! It can depend on your language background (native language and experience [if any] learning other, secondary, languages), the time that you spend/month (one day/week, several/many hours per day), the exposure that you have (reading/writing/listening/speaking) and, of course, on your aptitude.
It can take one person months to learn what someone else manages to absorb in days (even with the same frequency of exposure). Also, your phrase "learn Spanish completely" is hopelessly vague. Some people learn to read/write Spanish very well but fall down completely on oral/aural Spanish (the reverse is possible but, for Spanish, unlikely)
Well, there are lots of very good answers here and as some have said, it depends on you. But, to be a little more specific:,it would not be unusual for a person to learn enough Spanish in three months (30 to 60 minutes per day) to achieve a level of fluency that would allow you to function in a basic way: travel, buy food, negotiate prices, etc. However you might have quite a bit of difficulty in understanding newspapers, magazines, and television and jokes will impossible to decipher. If a person can immerse themselves in a Spanish speaking environment and maintain good motivation, they can achieve nearly the fluency of an average Hispanic (Mexican, Spaniard, Ecuadorian, etc) citizen in about two to three years. Or at least they'll achieve a level where they begin to understand the Jokes. However, one can never completely understand a language and you will always be learning... unless, of course, you happen to die, BTW, one of the best ways improve your skills in a language (other than this very good site) is to spend some time with native children. They are usually relentless in correcting speech in a very frank and helpful way. Except perhaps Ecuador where everyone, children included, are exceedingly polite and tolerant. They will just accept your bad Spanish and smile (genuinely and with good humor, I might add)
Your English is better than my Bahasa Malaysia.
It can take many years to learn a language!
