Anybody know if "Notas Finales' works for endnotes that are placed at the end of a scholarly work? Thanks!

Epílogo is epilogue, which is something distinct to end notes.

End notes provide references and sometimes expand on themes referred to in the main text. I don't know the term for this in Espanish but often being very literal, I'd take a shot at 'referencias'.

In scientific journal publications, I think that I have often seen these listed as Referencias Bibliográficas

In science textbooks, I have also often seen these listed under the blanket term Bibliografía

At the end of the RAE Manual (Nueva gramática) these are listed in the appendix as Nómina de textos citados

You might find some of the links found on this page to be of use: Referencias Bibliográficas

I would not take this as gospel, however, as most of my experience with scholarly articles in Spanish is very limited, mostly to biology or language related texts.
