The present in the future (sentence transl. eng to esp)

I'm writing a letter in which I describe a future scenario. The sentence I'm stuck on is:

"You do something in this indifferent manner and I see how angry I become."

It's out of context, but what I mean is that I see before me now how "you" in the future do something that then makes me angry.

My best guess so far threw subjunctives out the window and became:

"Tu haces algo en esta manera indiferente y veo cuán enojada que estaré."

(Hoping that "cuán" is something similar to "how very much", maybe it's a stupid word to use)

Actually, I feel I have no hope whatsoever to make this sentence correct by myself. downer Native speakers, unite! I need help wink

"Tu haces algo en esta manera indiferente y veo cuán enojada que estaré."

Tu haces algo de manera indiferente y veo de qué manera me enojo" (el I "see", no sería "you see"?) Espero que te sirva

I am not trying to translate your sentence exactly but I might say something like,

Siempre haces cosas de una manera egoística y por eso me enojo.

I appreciate non-litteral translations! Thanks. Not exactly what I'm aming for, but I learned from this too. - okiaji, Feb 20, 2011
