Digame??? What does this mean (Might be spelt wrong)
My friend sent me this text, I am sick with Cancer and having hard day, he is Hispanis. We use translator but he is at work and so he doesn't at times spell a word correctly. This was his text in regards to my original text saying I am sick right now. As follows:
Nesesita para comprar medesina Digame
Someone please help me figure it out. I thought maybe meant do I need medicine, but unsure of the correct defenition.
THANK YOU! Thia (Th-ea)

Hi..I hope you are keeping your spirits up. My prayers are with you. Your friend's message could mean at least two different things:
-¿Necesita (dinero) para comprar medicinas? Do you need (money) to buy a prescription medicine?
Or
- ¿Necesita comprar medicinas? Do you need to buy medicines?
I hope this helps! Get well soon!
Joyce has it just right " digame " is "tell me".
"Do I need to buy medicine for you ? tell me!.
God bless you on your path to recovery!
There are typos in his Spanish, but I think what he is trying to say is:
Necesita Ud. comprar medicina? Dígame.
This would mean, "Do you need to buy medicine? Tell me."
I wish you well in your recovery. My prayers are with you.
