If you´re talking to a girl and you´re offering her something, like a drink, then I´d use this -
¿y tú guapa?

You could say
"Estoy bien, ¿y tu, guapa?" = I am well, and you beautiful
or
"Estoy muy bien, ¿y qué tal,estas, guapa?" = I am very well, and how about you, beautiful?
