"dígaselo (a él)" would be the right form. It's from dígale (tell him) and lo (esto).

You might ask why it became se. The reason is phonetic, since le & lo, when together (lelo), are hard for the "Spanish" tongue to pronounce. Le is changed to se to solve it.

Eso lo dígale. [a él].

If you are going to use que then there is usually a subordinate clause formed.

Dígale a él que voy a ir a la tienda.
