Are there other ways to ask how someone is doing?

I know you can say "¿Cómo Estás?" and "¿Qué tal?", but do people ever saying anything else like "Cómo fue su día" for example.

I'm not sure about "Cómo fue su día" but you could also say ¿Qué pasa? or ¿Cómo te va?
