Is there anyone out there, not from England, that actually gets this joke.

An Englishman, a Scotsman, an Irishman, a Welshman, a Latvian, a Turk, an Egyptian, a Mexican, a Spaniard, a Greek, an Estonian, a German, an Italian, a Finn, a Romanian, a Bulgarian, a Serb, and a Swede walk into pub.

The landlord says, "sorry, I can’t let you in without a Thai"

Not rolling on the floor, but it was a decent English pun.

It wasn't meant to be a "side splitter". The English "mode" of dress was extremely important some years back. Indeed no tie, no admittance. I just wondered how many members realised this. - Eddy, Feb 16, 2011
