How does one say "Video Games" in Spanish?

Also what are some words I could use to describe the game itself, like "level, stage, health, extra life, points, ranking, power-ups"...etc?" Are there any idiomatic phrases that deal with video games? I know some Spanish vocabulary; I just don't know if el escenario translates properly to "stage" with the same context, for example.

Videojuegos or Vídeojuegos. I personally do not put an accent on Video. Some countries, like Spain, do.

Check out this link to learn more about the video game jargon in Spanish.

It depends on the target. If I understand and remember correctly, there are different markets in Spain and Souh America. While in Spain they would translate word by word, in some countries of SA it would be fine to keep some terms, like for example "ranking".

But to mention some of the ones you mentioned:

Videojuego(s): Video Game(s) Level: Nivel Stage: Escena Health: Salud Extra Life: Vida extra Points: Puntos
