I'm going to pour myself a cup/glass. I guess you can say that, especially if what the cup contains has been established earlier. Without context, my assumption would be that one would like to pour himself a glass of wine.

You can say that. I read and I understand an action like to pour, but if you intend to drink, then it would be best to use "Voy a tomarme una copa"
