Hi, Melissa!

Can I use both in one sentence or only one in each sentence?

Only one in each sentence, because they mean the same smile

You can say:

Estoy soltera porque aún no he encontrado a ningún hombre que me guste

or:

Estoy soltera porque todavía no he encontrado a ningún hombre que me guste.
