What does mean "trabajonesa"?

I can't find this word in the dictionary. The original sentence is : él Come con la directora de Trabajonesa" .Thank you for helping me!

Cristalino's answer is about as good a guess as any. For what it's worth, "trabajonesa" is not a Spanish word.
