un six de cerveza (very easy)
you can also say 'un seicito', caja de media docena' 'caja de seis'.

This question deserves more than a "No" answer. If you don't ask for a six-pack, what do you ask for when you want to take beer home? Besides a case?

This is what I found and it makes sense: It is slang and/or figurative but well-defined abdominal muscles are referred to as: tabla de lavar
