Does this word "mismitico" exist in spanish?

Is this a spelling mistake or does this word exist, ahora mismitico no me acuerdo bien pero lo tengo apuntado en mi libreta

Ven ahora mismito. means Come right now.

I don't use mismitico. Maybe Mexicans use this term.

it's just a diminutive of 'mismo' (I believe)
