What does this mean? A lot of it may be in slang, or text (short for original words) format. Can someone please tell me what exactly is being said here?

It says: "I hope you're doing well. Happy Valentine's Day. I have to say your baby is so cute. She has beautiful eyes and her cheeks are so puffy I could eat them. God bless her. Take care. Love you lots."
Here's my guess
I hope you have a good Valentine's Day. I have to say you baby (probably slang) have precious eyes, and cheeks (more slang). God bless you. I love you a lot.
That's a stretch for me, but maybe someone else can fill in the blanks or correct me.
Welcome to the forum!

usarenzo is correct in his translation. The subject is "your baby". I missed the pronoun "tu" while I was trying to decipher the slang.
I guess I've tried to translate too many Valentine messages today. ![]()
"Tu" ... What a difference one teeny word makes, lol!
espero que estes bien, y que pases un buen dia de san valentin. te tengo que decir, que tu nena esta super chula. tienes unos ojos preciosos, y unos cachetes pa comerselos. que dios te la bendiga. cuidate pe te kiero un monton.
Thanks!
Hope you´re fine, have a happy Valentin´s Day. I have to tell you that your baby is so pretty. You have (I think he or she meant "she has") lovely eyes and your (most likely her) cheeks are so nice, I'd like to eat them. God bless her. Take care, pe (?) I love you dearly.
Thanks!
Type this into the translator: Espero que estés bien, y que pases un buen día de San Valentín. Te tengo que decir, tu nena estás super chula. Tienes unos ojos preciosos, y unos cachetes para comercelos. Que dios te bendiga. Cuidate, pues te quiero un montón.
Note: The cheeks (cachetes) he is talking about are not the ones on the face.
Wow! Yeah definitely lots of Spanish shorthand going on here: Espero (que) estes bien = I hope you are well (fine), Y que pases un buen dia de San Valentin = and that you experience a nice Valentine's Day. Te tengo que decir = I have to tell you: tu nena esta super chula = your gal (girlfriend, squeeze) is very pretty. Tienes unos ojos preciosos, = You have precious-looking eyes, Y unos chachetes para comercelos = and some very edible cheeks (as very kissable). Que Dios te la benidga = May God bless her. Cuidate por que te quiero un monton = Take care because I want (love) you in a lot! (in a huge way, in piles)... Sorry I left out tildes (accent marks) and it appears your pronouns in the excerpt may be mixed, but that's the general mensaje.... ![]()
