Is something missing in the following sentence?

Gracias por querer ayudarme con mi negocio antes lo hacia, si puedes bien si no no te preocupes. I understand everything except for "antes lo hacia". Can somebody help me understand this?

Maybe he or she wanted to say "Thanks in advance for...", i.e., "Gracias de antemano por..."

It is probably meant to be "antes de que lo haga" (Before I start it - the business).
