saturado and saturated have different meanings?

In english, saturated means to fill up, the ground is saturated with water, however in spanish saturated has a different definition. It is used figuratively for fed up, so what is the correct meaning in spanish "Saturado"

They mean the same thing, fed up is estar lleno.

You have hit a lot of the meanings in Spanish of the word Saturado.

Saturar ...> hartar a alguien. "Me tienes saturado" or "You make me feel fed up"

Un compuesto químico puede estar saturado.
