Proof reading of a short statement?

Hablar mucho en clase es muy importante porque si hablar mucho mejoras tu vocabulario y tu habilidad a comunicar con los nativos y otras personas en español. También si hablas mucho en clase te ayuda perder el miedo a hablar delante de otras personas y va bien si quiero hacer un intercambio con un nativo fuera de la clase mejorar su nivel.

si hablar ---> si hablas
tu habilidad a comunicar ---> tu capacidad de comunicarte
te ayuda perder ---> te ayuda a perder
el medio a hablar ----> el miedo de hablar
y va bien si quiero hacer un intercambio con un nativo fuera de la clase mejorar su nivel ---> I am not sure I quite follow what you really want to say. Can you break it down?
