Would there be a difference between 'Estudiamos nunca antes de examen' and 'No estudiamos nunca antes de examen'?

Another examples include, 'No hay ninguno bandera en esta aula' The Bold word being "redundant".

Anyway, what does 'a' in 'No puedo ver nunca a nadie' mean? Why not just 'Puedo ver nunca nadie'?

Thanks for taking time to answer my questions.

'Estudiamos nunca antes de examen'

That sentence is incorrect in Spanish.

The negative word [nunca] can stand alone before the verb.

Nunca estudiamos antes de examen.

But when placed after the verb there must be a No before the verb. (research Spanish's use of the double negative which is not allowed in English).

The "a" is Spanish's personal "a".

personal "a"
