"Superior a". Next question: but que means than! But superior a is the construction as I have heard it. Sometimes it's about the construction and not the "rules". Most of the time actually.

Yes, I think of a few times when I might say que with a couple of those though in certain circumstances. But a always works.......... like this: anterior a la operación fui mujer.

I could be wrong though so don't trust me to be all 100 percent here, I'm not native.
