The same as english 'never'. We don't use negation after 'jamás'.

ex. Jamás lo voy a hacer. - I will never do it.

Don't say - 'jamás no lo voy a hacer'.

mostly, it's interchangeable with 'nunca'. But not always. In some situations 'nunca' would be better than 'jamás', and in others 'jamás' better than 'nunca'
