She is saying: Thank you, Joe. I happy to know that you are fine. Daniela sends you greetings. Don't forget me when you come to Costa Rica. Call me to get together and share a few laughs. Kisses. - MariLopez, Jun 27, 2012

¿Qué estás haciendo? What are you doing? (What's up?) or What are you making? (sewing, cooking, etc.) Without context it is impossibel to say. - 0074b507, Feb 10, 2011

This is how I interpreted it. The line with Daniela is iffy so correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks, Joe. I'm glad you're good (doing well). Daniela sends you her greetings. She won't be lost to me when you come to Costa Rica. Call me so we can see each other and laugh a while. Kisses.
