Many times, spanish-speaking people us the imperative - 'cásate conmigo' - marry me.
You can also use - 'te gustaría casarse conmigo' or 'te quieres casar conmigo' - would you like to marry me
or 'would you like to be my wife?' - 'cómo te parece ser mi esposa', 'quisieras ser mi esposa'
