The machine translators don't do very well with your question (as typed) but if you supply the opening question mark and the proper tilde for "qué", all three translators produce satisfactory results.
So much for the virtue of using proper spelling and punctuation.
P.S. You should have written "¿Qué haces cuando hace buen tiempo?"
