I checked this in my Oxford Spanish Dictionary under hang up (Put down receiever) colgar and then it said the verb to hang up on somebody is colgarle or contarle a algn (alguien)

She hung up on me = me colgó me cortó

I'm not sure if this would be the proper phrase, but I would say,

"se terminó la llamada".

"he ended the call."
