Speaker 1: Oiga

Speaker 2: Diga.

Speaker 1: ¿Qué diga qué?

Speaker 2: Oiga Usted dijo ´oiga´. Diga.

....

As you can see, the use of those words can be pretty confusing. rolleyes

Well, that depends on the context, oiga is the verbo oír, to hear, and diga the verbo to say...so which one is it? wink
