I see no words in italics.
Sí, [yo] puedo comprarte ese diccionario.
Yes, I can buy you that dictionary.
I see from your other thread diccionario was supposed to be italicized.
So the answer is:
Yes, I can buy you it.
Sí, [yo] puedo comprártelo.
