El día de San Valentín
For my spanish class we have to create a project where we make valentines for the class. I was planning to put something along the lines of:
¡Feliz día de San Valentín! ¡Te quiero! Tu amiga, Rachel
I think what I wrote is good (the grammar is correct right?) for my classmates but I have to make one for my teacher, and I wasn't sure if I should use "su amiga" or" tu amiga" for his. Which is correct? Muchas Gracias, Rachel

Well, if you're going to say "I love you" with Te, then you must use tu amiga.
Normally a student would wish to show respect for the teaching position and su would be the proper choice.
However, I don't think Lo/La quiero and su amiga is going to make any difference in this sentiment.
