I wake up at six o'clock but get up at half past six, I don`t have lunch only drink a glass of water, catch the bus at seven o'clock, arrive to university at half past seven but get my class at twenty five to eight and finish the class at half past nine, sometimes have breakfast with my friends in the university, come home at ten o'clock, get home at half past ten, have brunch then do my english homework, have my luch at one o 'clock then watch the news, go to sleep at half past two or at three o'clock, get up at four o'clock. go to english classes and dinish at seven o'clock, get at quarter past seven, have dinner at about half past seven or at eight o'clock, do my university homework when I finish my homework have a shower, when don't have homework have a shower early and watch TV with my cousins go to watch TV in my room go to bed late at eleven o'clock and when i can't sleep, watch Tv at about one o'clock then turn off Tv and Go sleep.

I have tried to keep to your original text. I have shortened the sentences and added the personal pronouns where necessary.

Sometimes I have breakfast with my friends in the university. I leave the university at ten o'clock, getting home at half past ten. I have brunch then I do my english homework. I have my lunch at one o 'clock then watch the news. I go to sleep at about half past two or three o'clock and I get up at four. I go to my English classes and finish at seven o'clock. I get home at quarter past seven and I have dinner at about half past seven or eight. I then do my university homework. When the homework is finished I have a shower. When I don't have homework I have an early shower and watch TV with my cousins. I also watch TV in my room and go to bed late at eleven o'clock. When I can't sleep I watch TV to about one o'clock in the morning****. I then turn off the TV and go to sleep.
I agree with Eddy and Dewclaw about shortening your sentences, but overall, I think you did a nice job. It is about typical of a 10 to 12 year old American student. It all makes sense, but lacks the smoothness of a more fluent writer. I might have written it more like this:
My Daily Routine (as a title)
On week days, I wake up at 6, but stay in bed until 6:30. A glass of water serves as my breakfast and I catch the bus at 7. My bus gets to the university by 7:30. It takes about five minutes to get to class. At 8:30 class gets out, and some of the time I stay at school to have breakfast with my friends. I get on the bus at 10 for a half hour bus ride home. If I haven't eaten yet, I take time to have brunch before starting my English homework. By 1 I'm ready for lunch and then watch the news. At 2:30 or 3, I lay down for a nap, getting up around 4. I'm off to English class which finishes at 7. Back home by 7:15, I have dinner at 7:30 or 8. Before taking a shower, I finish my university homework. If I don't have homework, I take an early shower and have time to watch some TV with my cousins. Before going to bed I watch a little more TV in my room. I try to get to sleep about 11, but sometimes I can't sleep and end up watching TV until 1.

a es q tataba de usar sólo presente simple xq eso es lo unico que nos dejan usar no nos dejan usar ni pasado ni otras cosas nos retan jejejeje porque estamos recien en primer nivel 
y no pongo mucho I porque la miss dijo que no era tan necesario ya que se sobre entendia que era de mi que hablaba.

You need to write shorter sentences as there are many errors. Use more full stops it will help.
