Comercial o comerical

In the flash cards of stores, shopping center is translated as el centro comerical. I wondered what a mall is called so I looked it up in the dictionary and got el centro comercial. Are they two different things or the same and the flash card is spelled wrong?

It is a mistake. The word is comercial.
