Work Place Spanish
I help run a temp agency and have a daily need for a few Spanish phrases. The previous assistant had a few of these posted, but one was incorrect and got a few sympathetic laughs from the temps.
If someone could double check how I'd best say these and let me know, I would be forever grateful.
"How can I help you?"
"What are the last four numbers of your social security number?" (A short version would be loved.)
"Are you looking for work?"
"I have you checked in for work./I have you on the list."
Thanks again!

I have you on the list Está en la lista.
I could communicate these phrases in Spanish, but ít would be better to have a native or advanced speaker help you, lol.
