Never!!!

Because that sound doesn't exist in Spanish for more than 7 centuries. There are languages that have more than 30 sounds that don't exist in English. Imagine if a native from any of those languages asked "When do you use the sound &%&$··$ (put here a foreign sound) in English? Why should you?

When the "V" sound was used in what it eventually became Spain, in England words had genders (masculine, feminine and neutral), and the verb for "gustar" was used like "gustar" is used nowadays. If you demand a "v" sound in Spanish, I demand genders and a "gustar" type of verb in English too.
