"te levantaste más tarde hoy"

I understand it to basically mean: You woke up later (than usual) today.

But this person would not have known when I woke up.
Is it possible it can mean: I woke up later (than usual) today?
Or is this directed at me, the person they were talking with?

te refers to you

te levastaste

Maybe it´s a question: ¿Te levantaste más tarde hoy?

Please keep in mind the original sentence was poorly written.

(You have already asked 3 different questions about the same message. Have you considered to ask the person who sent you the message what did it mean?)
