Corrected a formatting problem caused by using double quote marks in the first couple of lines of an opening post. I replaced each of double-quote marks with two apostrophes. - webdunce, Feb 8, 2011

I believe so, though 'rest' sounds rubbish as compared to 'at ease'...

With 'stand easy' or 'at ease' I know where I am, if you tell me to rest I'm likely to lie down on the floor and have a kip...

Sure , at ease means descansen. It is a comand.
