No te acuso a ti, pero ha desaparecido, the a tí highlights it but is unnecessary wouldn't you say? Just for slight push to make "I'm not accusing you" as opposed to just ""I'm not accusing you"? Gracias.

it's for emphasis and can be necessary if the occasion demands it, but on the whole you won't need to use it for example, a mi me gusta ayudarte or me gusta ayudarte are both fine, but you can add a me in a particularly shrill voice for extra extra emphasis
