In the song by José Nogueras, Son Borinqueño--the word guaguancó appears and I can't figure out what it means. Can someone help? Gracias!

I appreciate the answer! Sure, guagua was the closest thing I knew but this makes sense in the song. It was going to be something dance related but I didn't know what. - profek, Feb 7, 2011
