Eu is Portuguese and is the personal pronoun meaning = I (first person, singular)

Por ejemplo: Eu estou muito feliz =I am very happy :-)

una manera = a way /one way (Spanish)

Separately they mean something as you can see but together they make no sense!

Are you sure that you have written down the first word correctly?

In portuguese it is written/spelt in this way: uma maneira = one way

but you just would not say that in Portuguese: eu uma maneira

My girlfriend is Brazilian and I am taking Portuguese slessons with a native teacher so I could help you if you happen to find out the whole sentence but we need a proper context for the sentence, whatever the language: where did you see it/hear it spoken?

I hope this helps grin
