Terri, the verb for "to pour" is "verter".

"Pouring" is the present participle of "to pour".

Here is a link to the conjugation page for "verter".

I think you "verter" the bottle to make a drink, but you "servir" or "poner" a drink. . .along with more colloquial phrases. - lorenzo9, Feb 7, 2011
Thanks, Lorenzo! There are so many verbs for "to pour". I thought I had the right one. :) - 0066c384, Feb 7, 2011

And so many more.

"Échame un chirris de café en la taza¨ (very colloquial in México).

"Estamos colando concreto" (construction jargon in México).

Well the word pouring or pour can vary quite a lot when translated into Spanish. So even in your question a little more context may be required. For Example,

The waiter was pouring a drink - El camarero estaba sirviendo una bebida

verbo transitivo 1. verter (into en)

* to pour somebody a drink -> servir una bebida a alguien
* to pour money into a project -> invertir un dineral en un proyecto

verbo intransitivo 2. brotar, fluir

* it's pouring (with rain) -> llueve a cántaros
* sweat was pouring off him -> le chorreaba el sudor
* tourists were pouring into the palace -> entraban al palacio turistas a espuertas
