quiero que todas estas cosas cambien que yo pueda estar contigo y sabes mucho de ti de que pueda hacer muchas cosas por ti

sabes could be a typo here. Change it to saber and the entire sentence makes more sense.

The reason why de que is used in these instances is because if you left out the de then the que..... is a relative clause modifying the noun/pronoun before it (ti in this case), rather than referring to the entire clause "and you know a lot about yourself.... *which**/that*" can......

without the de

y sabes mucho de ti que.....

now the phrase is probably of you who can....
