i need help with verbs and nouns????

Something that might help you is to do a drill with something you just need to get right. For example, you want to get it right when you say "I do something" (replace "do something" with a verb.
I swim, I ride, I run...
When you say a drill like that over and over, after awhile it will just sound wrong any other but the correct way. Try! Then do it with the Spanish form for "you" (a person close to you like your sister). ..and so forth.

Verbs and nouns make up about half of the language. Can you be more specific?
The videos on this site are in the Learn Spanish section. They provide helpful instruction for handling nouns, verbs, and constructing sentences. They give good examples. Each video takes about 10 minutes to watch.

You can also use flash cards to expand your vocabulary.
