Da lo mismo, Da igual, Es lo mismo, and ¿Qué más da? These four everyday phrases are used for polite indifference, as when you don't have a strong preference. They all mean "What's the difference?" or "It doesn't matter"

Yes more or less.

We also say "A mí me da igual/lo mismo" For me it's the same.

Even "A mí no me importa" if it really doesn't matter to you.

How odd! Various ways of saying pretty much the same thing in Spanish just as there are in English (French, Japanese, etc.)
