I looked up paro and it just doesn't fit in this sentence, no paro pero soy feliz por ti, I got don't stop but I am happy for you, is this right or can it mean something else?

Could it mean "I don't stop (feeling the way I do) but I am happy for you"? Hard to tell without more context...
