What is the spanish term to describe the electrical fuseboard or circuit breaker board in a house ? Thanks.

I think it may depend where you are but I seem to recall caja de fusibles.

We're in Mexico, and the circuit breaker is called "una pastilla". This is apparently not a standard way of saying it, but if you are talking with Mexicans, "pastilla" is the way to go. Since "pastilla" has other meanings, you could clarify by saying something like "la pastilla eléctrica" or something along those lines.
