Nice to meet you!!
I found that some Spanish teching book use "Encantado or Encantada" in the meaning of "It's nice to meet you" instead of "Igualmente or Mucho gusto" Anyone can tell me how different between "Mucho gusto" "Igualmente" and "Encantado or Encantada"??? and which one is offen used in daily life???

In Spain the most commonly spoken Spanish is called Castellano and differs to some extent from the Spanish spoken in South America. I was born in Peru but I left there with my parents as a young child then later took lessons as an adult I have received instruction from teachers from both Spain and South America.
Spanish spoken in Spain usually uses more formal introductions:
Encantado de conocerle = Pleased to meet you (man speaking to a woman)
Encantada de conocerle = Pleased to meet you (Woman talking to a man )
I have used "Encantado de conocerte" when addressing a younger girl while on holiday in Spain. My Spanish was not nearly as advanced as it is now but judging from the look on her face I knew for certain that I had got it right ! lol
Spanish spoken in South America (usually more informal)
Mucho gusto = Pleased to meet you
**Both the formal and informal forms are still used today by the Spanish and South American people in their respective countries and when they travel abroad they use the expressions that are common to their culture and way of life Neither form is wrong.... just different: reflecting the way the language has been adapted to the culture **

Footnote: I think that Ken is probably correct that some Spainish natives maybe adopting expressions used by natives from South America. ..in Barcelona and possibly other regions of Spain.( ???I) have spoken in Spanish to musicians from Peru and Ecuador playing music on the streets near La Rambla in Barcelona. I do not know how widespread this practice is.
They are all interchangable, here in Barcelona I have had mucho gusto said to me on one occasion by a native and I have also heard encantado/a but I wouldn't know which is the most common usage just as in English peoples way of saying things can vary.
Our site dictionary defines "encantado" as: 1. delighted (contento)
•encantado, -a (de conocerle) -> pleased to meet you ~ so probably a "more" proper method of speech as opposed to the "more" commonly used exchange of "mucho gusto + igualmente"... at least where I reside (Southwestern US, Northern México)... incidentally, I have always thought of "encantado" as "enchanted" and that might help one to decide when to interject it in conversation. 
Creo que el uso de encantado o encantada no depende de con quién hable alguien, sino solamente del sexo de la persona que habla. Así que no importa que uno sea hombre y hable con una mujer para que use "encantado;" puede estar encantando de conocer cualquier persona de cualquier sexo. Es lo mismo también cuando una mujer se presenta ella misma a alguien; estará "encantada" aunque hable con otra mujer.
i think igualmente means your welcome because when somebody say "thank you" your respond will be "your welcome" "igualmente" or also and nice to meet you means "mucho gusto" because you are saying that you are please to meet somebody.
Girls normally say encantada to me, but then I am a wizard so...
