I' ve been watching a spanish talk show, "Quien tiene la razon". The lady says, "Chaca-chaca" a lot. What's that?

In the 70´s there was in Mexico a famous TV advertising of a washing powder called Ariel. The ad tried to say that it was so good, that there was no need to use a wash machine to let the clothes perfectly clean, because it had the "chaca - chaca".
"Chaca - chaca" was of course the noise the old wash machines did while they were in use.
In this case chaca - chaca may mean chit - chat, or bla, bla, bla, or something like that.
Sometimes it may mean to make love, because the sound and movement of the bed resembles the movement of the washing machine.
