Her profile says that she is a woman and that she has fluent English.. - Dakie, Feb 3, 2011

There is no "ustedes form", only "usted",ustedes is the 5th person.

  • I don't understand your question at all but if you want to say "Answer in Spanish" in Spanish, it would be: Él contesta en español which matches with the translation of "usted form", that would be :Usted contesta en español .

¿usted dónde nació? Where were you born? ¿Ustedes de dónde sois? and this is asking two or more people where do they come from. Ustedes contestáis en español. answer in spanish.

Hi, Ken. Sois is in vosotros form. It can be ¿De dónde son ustedes? or ¿De dónde sois vosotros? - webdunce, Feb 3, 2011
Yes quite right I am used to living in Spain where they tend to use the vosotros form but it is still addressing ustdes. - kenwilliams, Feb 3, 2011

That's imperative, but it could be because she didn't specify. - Dakie, Feb 3, 2011
Just so you know, Dakie, the English phrase "Answer in Spanish" is in the imperative form. - webdunce, Feb 3, 2011
